TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT:

Our check-in time is 3PM onwards, local time.

Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room/apartment has been received and approved, and all guest names and IDs provided.

A door code will be given to you once check-in has been completed. 

Check-out time is 11AM by local time.

Later check-out and early check-in times may be requested but will depend on availability and additional fees.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations made 7 days in advance of the arrival date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made 3 days or less in advance of the arrival date, will forfeit the full payment.

ROOM CLEANING POLICY: housekeeping is available at a fee.

TRAVELLING WITH MINORS: Children are welcome at Bayshore.

PARKING: We have parking available at our well secured premises but additional fees apply.  Guest should provide plate number, make, model and color of their vehicle.
